R & D Extrusions have a fully equipped engineering department and CAD based product design facility ready to assist any customer in the finalization of their product requirement. Adaptation of existing customers tooling is normally undertaken at no extra cost.

R & D Extrusions can undertake both in-line and post fabrication operations. We are particularly specialist at punching/piercing profiles on our in-line press equipment.
We are also able to undertake drilling, mitering, welding, close tolerance cutting, wood grain foiling, in-line printing and in line tape application.
Plastic extrusions are available and offered in a variety of materials; UPVC (Rigid PVC) Flexible PVC, TPE and TPR, Polypropylene, Low and High density Polyethylene, High impact styrene, ABS, etc. We hold a large range of rigid and flexible PVC colours in stock and in addition can offer a full colour matching service.
